This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.3 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court already has passed an order dated 21.10.2019 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.4546 of 2018, directed the first respondent to complete investigation and file final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
