ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent to give necessary police protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner and family members of the petitioner based on his representation, dated 13.08.2024.
2. It is seen from the records that the reasons assigned in the affidavit seeking police protection to the petitioner, is very hard to believe.
3. It is not the case of the petitioner that they have already filed a civil suit and obtained a decree in his favour. In the absence of the any enforceable decree or order from the jurisdictional civil Court, granting of police protection does not arise at all. As of now, leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
