Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, by directing the respondents to take immediate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2019 submitted to the second respondent in person seeking for police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner beside for taking action against accused persons named in the said representation within a time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take immediate action on the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.11.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that earlier complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed on 22.03.2019.

3. A perusal of the complaint revealed that it is a case of job rocketing and on the earlier complaint also, the accused persons appeared before the second respondent and undertook to settle the amount. However, subsequently, the accused persons failed to settle the amount and as such, the petitioner lodged another complaint.

4. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to register the case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No.19894 of 2021 the accused persons and proceed in accordance with law against the accused persons. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
