ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The only relief sought for in this writ petition is that based on the final decree dated 28.09.1984 passed in I.A.No.248 of 1975 in O.S.No.25 of 1972 on the file of Additional Sub Court, Thirunelveli the documents 4/7
should not be registered. It is admitted on either side that the aforesaid final decree has been set aside. A fresh final decree application has been filed.
3.In my view, no exception can be taken to the aforesaid writ prayer. The registering authorities will decline to register the document if the document reads that it is being executed on the strength of the aforementioned final decree. The scope of this order shall not extend beyond the aforesaid limited direction.
