Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAJI.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.NATARAJAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:-

This petition is filed seeking for extension of time in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6994 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7985 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to allow this petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the petitioners that the copy of the order received by the petitioners during summer vacation was sent to the learned counsel on record for the petitioners in the trial Court and since the said order copy was mixed with other bundles in the trial Court and there was a delay, Thereby, they could not surrender.

5. Considering the circumstances, time is extended to comply with the directions passed by this Court before the trial Court on or before 21.08.2023. The other conditions remain unaltered.
