Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUBASH BABU M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant surrendered before the Central Prison, Madurai, yesterday, as directed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader seeks for some time to file counter.

CRL MP(MD) No.11328 of 2022 3.Since this petition was filed only seeking for interim suspension of sentence, we do not propose to keep this petition pending. It will be left open to the appellant to move separate suspension of sentence petition in future.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
