O R D E R

This Civil Revision petition is filed as against the order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur in I.A.No.58 of 2022 in S.M.O.P.No.57 of 2021.

2.The petitioner/husband filed S.M.O.P No.57 of 2021 before the Principal District Court, Thanjavur for dissolution of marriage. Pending this application, the respondent/wife filed I.A.No.58 of 2022, for interim maintenance and the same was ordered by the trial court. Aggrieved over the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. 3.On 13.09.2022, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent requested this Court to refer the matter for mediation. Accordingly, this Court referred the matter for mediation and also appointed Mr.Bharathan, learned counsel as Mediator in this issue. On the best efforts taken by the Mediator, the parties have resolved the issues and willing to join together. They have also filed a joint compromise memo before this Court. This Court places its appreciation to Mr.Bharathan, the learned counsel, who acted as a Mediator and resolved the issue, which is pending between the parties for a long time.

4.Considering the fact that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and recording the joint compromise memo, this Civil Revision petition is closed as no further order is required. The joint compromise memo shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 11.11.2022 Index : Yes / No.
