RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the order passed in C.A.No.11 of 2013 dated 10.08.2015 on the file of the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur, by modifying the sentence passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate/Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Karur in S.T.C.No.762 of 2011, dated 04.07.2013.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.MATHIYALAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of no appearance either in person or by an Advocate for the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- On the earlier occasion, when the matter was called, no representation for the respondent. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the respondent. Already sufficient time has been given to the respondent. 2.Hence, Ms.S.Prabha, Advocate, No.32, Law Chambers, High Court Building, Madurai. (Cell No.9786140849) is appointed as Legal Aid Counsel for the respondent to conduct the case. The High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench shall bear the expenses for the conduct of the case, as per the guidelines. 3.Post the matter after two weeks.
