O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent borrowed money from the father of the petitioner and he has also executed promissory note. That amount was not paid. In the meantime, the father of the petitioner died. Based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the petitioner has been harassed even without allowing the petitioner to attend funeral rites.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry has been undertaken.

4. When the enquiry was pending the father of the petitioner has also expired. It appears that there was dispute between the fourth respondent and the father of the petitioner and the petitioner is not way involved. Since the father of the petitioner has expired, complaint given by the fourth respondent can be closed by the second respondent by directing him to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum by filing appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said liberty, this petition is disposed of.
