ORDER

This Writ Petition was filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 and 5, to take action against the sixth respondent for the alleged corrupt activities, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2014. 2.Heard Mr.R.Gowrishankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.D.Selvanayagam, learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent.

3.It is bought to the notice of this Court that there was a case and counter and both were investigated and final reports were filed and the same were taken up on file in C.C.Nos.120 and 152 of 2014, by the Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur. After completion of the trial, considering the facts and 2/4

circumstances of the case, both the cases ended in acquittal through judgments, dated 22.04.2015 and 02.06.2016 respectively. 4.In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
