This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to give police protection to the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.04.2018, the second respondent has conducted enquiry and recorded the statements of respondents-3 to 5 the same was closed as 'Civil in nature' and hence, both the parties approached the Civil Court. The statement is recorded.
