Heard Ms. P.Kalaiyarasi Bharathi, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. T.Villavankothai, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents, Ms. M.Aasha, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Third and Fourth Respondents, Mr. A.K.Baskarapandian, Learned Counsel for the Fifth Respondent, Mr. M.Ajmalkhan, Learned Senior Counsel for the Sixth to Twelfth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Fifth Respondent to strictly act upon the order in Na.Ka.No.6178/2022/Aa3 dated 30.08.2022 passed by the Second Respondent in furtherance to the order in A.P. No. 6/2021/D2 dated 10.08.2022 passed by the First Respondent within a time limit fixed by this Court.

It has been brought to notice that after the filing of the Writ Petition on 05.09.2022, the Second Respondent, viz., the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Dindigul by order dated 02.11.2022 in O.A. No. 50 of 2022 has passed final order. However, this Court by another order dated 02.02.2023 (today) in the Writ Petition in W.P. (MD) 3/6

No. 25758 of 2022 filed by the Sixth to Twelfth Respondents has set aside the said order and remitted the matter for fresh consideration. 4.

In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition, but it is clarified that the parties shall be governed by the order dated 02.02.2023 in W.P. (MD) No. 25758 of 2022 passed by this Court. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs. 02.02.2023 Sm Index : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No Note : Issue order copy by 16.06.2023.
