(MD0.No.6755/2022 on the file of this Honourable High Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERENTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6399 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6755 of 2022, on 20.06.2022.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is only the father-in-law of the defacto complainant and he is complying the condition regularly and prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly. 4.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6399 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6755 of 2022 is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
