[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take strenuous action to stop the illegal construction made by the respondents 2 to 10 in the property comprised in T.S. Nos.8, 9, 10 at Door No. 98, South Masi Street, Madurai Contrary to the order dated 17.07.2013 made in W.P. No. 9093/2013 and the order dated 06.08.2013 in proceedings Ma4Po1/12862/2012 causing danger to the life of the public on the basis of the representation dated 01.09.2014.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent Corporation, on instructions, submitted that the respondent Corporation has granted building approval to the Devangar Chatiram Trust and construction was completed and they have also paid the property tax to the first respondent Corporation. She further submitted that at present, there is no dispute for violation of building rules.
