ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the professional fee to the tune of Rs.3,25,080/- for serving as Public Prosecutor in Sessions Court, Karur for the period from 2001 to 2006, considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.07.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Though various averments have been made in the writ petition, after elaborate arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.07.2019.

W.P.(MD)No.20422 of 2019 petitioner, without deciding the issue on merits in the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to send a fresh representation enclosing the details of cases conducted by the petitioner and other relevant documents, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
