In both petitions:- For Petitioner : Mr.M.Sridharan For Respondent : Mr.M.Veerandhiran Government Advocate (Crl. side) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai made in Crl.M.P.Nos.3441 and 3442 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.Nos.2875 and 2876 of 2022, dated 14.07.2022 and directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police monthly once ie., on 1st of the every English Calendar Month at 10.00 a.m., until laiding charge sheet.

2.On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and prayed the condition to be modified. 3.On the side of the prosecution, it is fairly admitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition as above stated. 2 / 4

4.In view of the above submissions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai made in Crl.M.P.Nos.3441 and 3442 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.Nos.2875 and 2876 of 2022, dated 14.07.2022. This Criminal Original Petitions are allowed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required and before the concerned Court on hearing dates.
