ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 02.07.2024 passed in W.P. (MD)No.14344 of 2024.

It is represented before this Court that the order of this Court, dated 02.07.2024 passed in W.P.(MD)No. 14344 of 2024 has been complied with and an order of rejecting the application of the petitioner seeking for compassionate appointment has also been passed by the fourth respondent on 23.07.2025.
