ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6069 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an anticipatory bail order in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6069 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025 and enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail by imposing certain conditions. He further submits that due to ill health and financial condition, this petitioner is unable to arrange the amount to comply the deposit condition and he is also unable to arrange the sureties and produce before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6069 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. 2/4

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
