When the matter is taken up for hearing on today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has became infructuous and the petition may be closed and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
