ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2024 in regard to removal of his name from the history sheeted rowdy list in H.S.No.116/2012 on the file of the second respondent.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner was involved in two previous cases, in which, he was convicted in one case and he has already undergone the conviction period and in the other case, he was acquitted from the charges and that the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2024 will be considered in the next meeting.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2024 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
