This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 325 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as against the award made in M.C.O.P.No. 484 of 2022, dated 18.3.2024, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Principal District Court), Karur.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court. R1 and R2 name printed in the cause list, called absent and set ex-parte.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
