This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioner and the property situated in R.S.No.777/2, Mekode Village, Thiruvattar Taluk, Kanyakumari District as per Rule 21 of Tamil Nadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submit that the enquiry is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer under Section 107 Cr.P.C.
3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
