ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 16.02.2024, seeking issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property situated in Survey No. 468/1, Thalayuthu Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.T.Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property under the Court auction sale. The petitioner submitted a representation before the respondent on 16.02.2025, seeking issuance of patta based on the sale certificate issued by the competent Court. The said representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
