ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to remove the rowdy list in H.S.No.872 of 2024 based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the petitioner was involved in 20 previous cases, in which, 5 cases came to be referred, 5 cases were disposed of, that the petitioner is having two cases in Cr.No.14 of 2022 for the offences 294(b), 323, 324, 342, 365, 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act and in Cr.No.46 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 109, 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and that the petitioner is also having one case in the year 2024 in Cr.No.82 of 2024.

3.Considering the antecedents of the petitioner and also taking note of the cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to 2/4

grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
