The suit is for permanent injunction. It is seen that there is a dispute regarding identity of the property. Therefore, the court below rightly appointed the advocate commissioner vide order dated 30.07.2024 in I.A.No.1 of 2024 filed by the plaintiff. Interference with the said order is not warranted. This Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
