When the writ petition came up for hearing the learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that departmental disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner were provisionally concluded by inflicting a recovery of Rs.1000/- per month in the pension for a period of twelve months, and the same was accepted.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
