ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition with a grievance that the respondent police have not taken action on his complaint which was lodged against respondent Nos.3 and 4 that they have cheated the petitioner in the share market business.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on in instructions submits that earlier the very similar complaint was lodged before the Chathiram Bus Stand Police Station, Trichy, it was enquired in CSR No.416 of 2024 and closed on 29.05.2024. Again the petitioner has lodged the present complaint to the Commissioner of Police and it has been forwarded for enquiry. Since already similar complaint has been closed, they will take a decision based on the closure report of the earlier complaint.

3.Considering the above submission that the earlier complaint has already been enquired and closed, based on which, they would take a decision in the present complaint, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
