The learned counsel appearing for the respondent represented that the petitioner died and also submit that Revision Petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the disposal of the HMOP before the trial Court, since the Civil Revision is filed against the order, dated 09.10.2014 made in I.A. No. 18 of 2014 in HMOP No.113 of 2013 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thanjavur, which was filed only for interim alimony.

2. By recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
