ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the respondents to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.03.2024 within the time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that there existed money dispute between the parties and that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was ordered to be closed. 3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
