This Civil Revision Petition is pending from the year 2013. The matter was placed before me on 08.04.2021, 20.04.2021, 30.04.2021, 15.06.2021, 22.06.2021, 30.06.2021 and 12.07.2021. On 03.08.2021, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 19.08.2021 under the caption "for arguments or for orders". Since there was no sitting on 19.08.2021, the matter was adjourned to 08.09.2021. When the matter was taken up for hearing today (08.09.2021), there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3 is ready for arguments. There is no use in keeping the revision petition pending any further. The original suit was of the year 2004 and I.A. Petition was filed in the year 2012 and I.A.
