: Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent No.2 to admit the petitioner's husband namely Jinoes Edwin (Life Convict No.1443) to the Hospital nearby our Village i.e.Manavalakurichi in Kanniyakumari District, for taking treatment for shoulder fracture by considering the petitioner's representation 16.04.2018 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.
