ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2014 and transfer the property tax in the name of the petitioner, based upon the judgment and decree made in A.S.No.931 of 1989.

2. Heard M/s.T.Indrachithu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.N.Dilipkumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the writ petition and also considering the fact that the representation has been made as early as in the 2/4

year 2014, the writ petitioners are directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the first respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter, after affording an opportunity to the parties concerned.

4. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
