3.Mr.Muthuraja, learned Counsel for the first respondent Mr.R.Ilayaraja, learned Counsel for the second respondent and Mr.P.Sujai Krishna, learned Counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 submit that they have no objection for allowing this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 72 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case is condoned.
