PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused ranks not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294 (b), 506(i) of I.P.C, in Crime No.Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the matter has been compromised in the Mediation Centre. The terms and conditions of the settlement are follows:

(i) Both of the parties agreed to live together in a separate house near the parents of the defacto complainant/respondent Kaleeswari. (ii) Kaleeswari agreed to live with the petitioner Sandiveeran on condition that he will abandon his drunken habit and never follow illegal relationship. (iii) They are going to the house near the parents of the defacto complainant / respondent Kaleeswari today itself after a period of separation of three months. (iv) Both of the parties agreed for reunion of their son with daughter-in-law.

3. In view of the above said development, let the parties appear before the respondent Police and give statement regarding the above said compromise, so that 2/3

the respondent can close the above said First Information Report.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
