Respondents Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order dated 16.03.2015 passed in I.A. No.1003 of 2014 in O.S. No.33 of 2013 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Madurai. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and a requisition letter submitted by the V Additional District Judge, Madurai, vide D.No.167/2024 dated 29.01.2024, this Court made the following order: 2/4

"By an order dated 21.07.2023, this Court disposed of the above C.R.P with direction to the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose the suit on or before 31.01.2024.

2.Thereafter, the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai, by a letter dated 29.01.2024 bearing reference D.No.167/2024, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking an extension of further time to dispose of the suit. In the said letter, the learned Judge has given reasons for non-disposal of the suit within the time.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons given by the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai, in the above letter, the time for disposing the suit, is extended by another three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
