The IDOP in which this Civil Revision Petition has arisen, has already been dismissed for non-prosecution on 03.08.2016. The learned

counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that the issue has become infructuous and nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
