ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A) and 25 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 77 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, in Crime No.75 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused were found in illegal possession of 750 grams of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent persons and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that six previous cases pending against this petitioner, out of which, three cases are similar in nature.

5. Taking into consideration of the allegations and also the bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
