: Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records passed by the respondent in his memorandum in Na.Ka.No.A2.2003/2013 dated 15.09.2014 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent herein to treat the period of suspension i.e., from 26.07.2012 to 18.09.2013 as duty period and give all attendant and monetary benefits including the arrears of back wages to the petitioner.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and she has also submitted a letter before this Court.
