No.7016 of 2016:- This petition is filed under order 41 Rule 19 r/w Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code to pass an order to restore and re-admitting the appeal which was dismissed for default on 20.11.2013 and permit the petitioner/appellant to prosecute the Appeal on merits.
Prayer in A.S(MD). No.194 of 2009:- This Appeal filed under Section 96 of Civil Procedure Code to set aside the judgment and decree dated 30.09.2008 passed by the I Additional District Judge, Trichirapalli in O.S.No.54 of 2004 dismissing the suit in respect of the Suit A Schedule property by allowing this appeal.
