ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to register the Gift Deed dated 12.09.2014 executed by the petitioner in favour of his son P.Suruli, pursuant to the registered sale deed dated 22.09.1960, within a reasonable time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending the writ petition, the respondent has registered the Gift Deed dated 12.09.2014 and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
