ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the Sub Court, Aruppukottai to dispose of the suit in H.M.O.P.No.240 of 2024 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3.The revision petitioner married the respondent in the year 2014. Later, in the year 2024, the petitioner filed a divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul which was subsequently transferred to the Sub-Court, Aruppukottai and re-numbered as H.M.O.P.No. 240 of 2024.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the divorce petition has been pending awaiting the respondent's counter for the past seven months. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.240 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. 6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
