O R D E R

This petition has been is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that because of the land dispute between the parties both are advised to approach civil court for their remedy and recommendation has been made in LIR No.53 of 2021 under Section 145 Cr.P.C on 21.10.2021 before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Melur. Now the proceedings are going to be initiated by the Revenue Divisional Officer. Since the proceedings are going to be inititated by the Revenue Divisional Officer, the petitioner may appear before the Revenue Divisional Officer and work out remedy in the proceedings.
