ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody 1/3

on 21.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C, in crime No.142 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused borrowed a loan for sum of Rs.37,27,500/- from the defacto complainant and thereafter, cheated him. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner induced the defacto complainant by promising that they will start a super market business and borrowed a sum of Rs.37,27,500/- and thereafter cheated him and considering the fact that the petitioner has got five previous cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

5. Hence, this Petition is dismissed.
