ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2023 in the light of the proceedings dated 19.10.2022 and consequently direct the respondents to grant effect of FL-2 license.

2. This Court without going into the merits of the matter directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2023 within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
