ORDER

Despite the matter was adjourned on several occasions, the petitioner's Counsel has neither appeared nor connected to video conference. This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the tenant who is unsuccessful in the petition for eviction filed by the respondents/landlords. The conduct of the petitioner and his Counsel would reveal that the object of the revision petition is to drag on the proceedings and to delay the execution. This Court, finding that there is no bona fides in prosecuting the case, on 26.08.2020, directed the office to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal". C.R.P(PD)(MD)No.1337 of 2015 the petitioner and no one is connected to video conference. Hence, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for default.
