Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to issue legal heirship certificate to M.Paulsamy, M.Subbammal, Muthulakshmi, Shanthi, Nagammal and the petitioner evidencing the fact the we are the legal heirs of the deceased N.Mariyappan on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14-12-2018. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "directing the Respondent to issue legal heirship certificate to M.Paulsamy, M.Subbammal, Muthulakshmi, Shanthi, Nagammal and the petitioner evidencing the fact the we are the legal heirs of the deceased N.Mariyappan on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14-12-2018."

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that on a fresh online representation being submitted, the same would be considered.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh online application and on receipt of the same, the respondent shall consider the same and issue legal heir certificate within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
