ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the second respondent (WEED OUT LIST) containing not even a signature and date, which was stuck in one of the windows of the Sports hostel, Tuticorin which is under the control of the second respondent and further direct the second respondent to re-induct petitioner's son S.Naresh in the District sports Hostel, Tuticorin in VIII Standard.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 11.11.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes ps 2/4
