ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.318 of 2014 on the file of the respondent No.5 to CBCID and direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.5 to 7 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2014.

2.When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.Recording the submission made by the petitioner that the matter has become infructuous, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
