The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the prison authorities, after receiving the request from the Life Convict for availing emergency leave, has considered it positively and granted three days emergency leave with escorts and the Life Convict has also availed the leave and reported back. 3. In view of the above fact, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No Costs.
