When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that the delivery order was also effected and he has taken possession on 12.01.2024 itself. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
